On 12 June 2025, members of the Footscray Group thoroughly enjoyed a special workshop titled “Seniors & the Internet”, delivered by Mr. Hung Doan, EO of IERA.
During the session, participants learned how to use popular digital tools such as YouTube, Google, Facebook, Viber, how to make video calls to loved ones in Vietnam, look up bus routes, and enjoy their favourite music online.
The workshop also featured interactive activities, including the “Quick Hands, Sharp Eyes” game, selfie-taking, karaoke singing, and the chance to win meaningful prizes.
The atmosphere was lively and filled with laughter, empowering our seniors to feel more confident in using technology in their everyday lives.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Hoa and the Footscray Group Committee for generously serving each member a hot bowl of bánh canh—a delicious and warming treat on a chilly winter day.
