From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government has introduced the Support at Home program, replacing the former Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs.
SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP
The major goal of the Social Support Group is to support an individual’s ability to live at home and in the community by providing a planned program of activities. The program also offers the opportunity for social interaction as well as respite and support for carers.
